Our friendly team collects your bucket right from your doorstep every week (or whenever it gets filled).
You put out your full bucket. We swap it for a fresh, clean one.

We collect every Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday between 8am and 7pm.
We can make one-off collections, anytime, by arrangement in advance.

• Businesses are issued monthly invoices, with weekly collections itemised, sent at the beginning of the month.
• Households are billed weekly via Direct Debit.
• When you receive your first invoice from us you will be offered 2 payment options. Debit/Credit Card or Direct Debit.
• This is charged in advance and can’t be refunded.
• You can cancel anytime.

All of the materials from your bucket come back to our hub and our team diligently sort them. We then hand them over to Jemima at Grassroots Recycling who donates them or repurposes them to their various organizations or functions (mostly kept local to benefit school kids).
The Tetrapaks get boxed up an collected by WeaPekers Recycling in Motueka where they bail the empty cartons together and then ship them to SaveBoard in Auckland to be made into durable, repurposed building materials.
